Embed and Attach file results in missing embedded images #98

Hello

When i build a email with attachment AND embedded images, embedded images are "lost" on the resulting email.

I believe attachments/embeds support is broken because there are also other issues like #99, #65, #89. Unfortunately the original author is not answering much, even for reviewing some pull requests with patches which could potentially fix things.
