dbresolver v1.5.0 regression example #667

Explain your user case and expected results

dbresolver after updating to v1.5.0 logs time as [1990-01-01 00:00:00 +0000 UTC 1] instead of "1990-01-01 00:00:00". It differs from v1.4.7 behavior so I think it's a regression.
