split problem #142

i have this: SplitRule = '{"FileSize":200000000,"Duration":"30m"}' and still got 1 file with 300mb+ and 40m+

what a'm doing wrong?

olive v0.5.2 windows amd64

such things happen probably because of the bad network, not by olive.
