Clean up README.md #1

Hi @umputun, I just cleaned up your package's readme a little bit. Here is the list of changes:

  1. Fixed the link to hashicorp's lru package (GH's markdown renderer messed up the URL).
  2. Replaced go install with more appropriate go get -u
