Can't go get #28

go get github.com/go-playground/locales

can't load package: package github.com/go-playground/locales: no Go files in /home/$USER/go/src/github.com/go-playground/locales

Hey @Louis-Amas

iirc correct this is a warning and the files should still have been pulled locally still, can you please confirm?
