Added required qt5 plugins to make examples runnable #117

I needed some additional plugins so I have updated README.md. I'm using Ubuntu 14.10 but I think the package names are the same in the older versions of Ubuntu.

I would put these packages in a separate apt-get instruction in the readme, with a note that they're only required when you plan to use qtquick layouts or build the examples.
