On Archlinux the qt5 package installs the header files into /usr/include/qt/ rather than /usr/include/qt5/.

Which of the two Qt versions is Arch using?

The latest version in arch repos at this moment is 5.2.0

Awesome. I just checked and this package is now go get-able on Archlinux.
