Implement performance and memory allocation testing

This would be useful in preparation for comparing streaming implementations or implementations using code generation.

Should add tests for:

Encoding, decoding, and sizing
- Basic structures
- Integer types
- Floating point and complex types
- Booleans
- Strings, arrays, slices
- Null-terminated
- Using SizeOf
- Using annotations to convert between strings<>bytes
- Bitfields
- Misalignments due to bitfields
- Custom types
- Bare
- In structures
- In slices

@septs It’s not unmaintained, but it isn’t under active development. I still use it and haven’t run into any bugs or serious issues in a long time.

If I return to active development I will work towards Restruct 2, which should have a stable expression engine and codegen. But, the expression engine that is “beta” doesn’t have known issues other than not being optimized.

If you do encounter issues, I can try to help. Please file new issues if you have problems. If you would prefer projects that are more actively developed, consider checking out Kaitai Struct, which is good if all you need is reading capability and not writing.
