Describe the bug / actual behavior

I am trying to look into the new API documentation as per this documentation, but rather getting resource not found error.

Expected behavior

API Documentation to be seen when accessing the /swagger/index.html

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Run the Shiori locally
Navigate to http://localhost:8080/swagger/index.html

Hi it is available in version 1.6 not 1.5.5.
