Feat enhance helm chart #45

I have more to do, but I wanted to go ahead and get the first batch of updates reviewed to keep there from being one giant PR. It's not ready to release a new helm chart version yet though.

only major thing left to do for this PR is to update the chart documentation, but the initial pass of new functionality is there. I'm going to mark it as a draft (which I should have done in the first place) to prevent someone from merging it before I have the new documentation completed.

Would it be possible to add for configs that the name of the item does not need to end with .yaml and in that case, it would be automatically added?

I'm asking this because I am interested in using LocalAI with questions.yaml (in the style of Rancher and Taikun).
