Build a better feature inspector. #19

Replace the "I am a type named name" popup with a more formal inspector that iterates through and displays all of the properties of a feature.

It's probably counter-productive to display all the _category variables for the osm_misc_ tables. They're an artifact of consolidating tables having similar structure (#7).

Suppress them in the popup.
