Fix subways in hotosm style #27

Our hotosm style has labels for subway lines but no feature symbology. Conversely, the official style does not have labels for subway lines but does have thin, brown, line symbology.

Regarding the other styles: Night Vision has symbology and labels for subways. Leave as is. Camo does not have labels or symbology for subways. Leave as is. Mobility has labels for subways but no lines. Remove the labels, add line symbology. OSGeo has labels for subways but no lines. Remove the labels, do not add line symbology.
