chore: drop off error channel until error handling rfc #51

You have a proposal, explain it!

Due to the presence of RFC: Error Handling Safe/Must, the old system of error described in #5 can be drop off to prevent usage of mechanism how will never used.

Describe the solution you'd like

Wait the conclusion of RFC: Error Handling Safe/Must to re-implement it.

Additional context

I have do a round over all usage on public packages, no body use this feature yet
