👋 thank you! we closed some in-progress pull requests for the functionality because at the time we were in the middle of redesigning how Vela processes "allowed events". we'd love to get this functionality into the "new world" but havent heard any response in awhile so we closed them. see https://github.com/go-vela/types/pull/272
