Support more SCM providers #760

Description

Please support more SCM providers like Gitea/Forgejo or Onedev. As I was told, so far there is only support for Github.com.

Vela would be a nice drone alternative but unfortunately I can't use it with Gitea.

thanks for your interest. it's not on the roadmap currently, but generally speaking we would love to support more SCM providers and we've tried to build it to allow for that to happen (for the most part).
