In Plugin Configure screen

[ ] Change Redmine Settings -> Authentication tab text a link to Authentication:/settings?tab=authentication tab
[x] Password Complexity: 3 (added in 8711e1a)
[x] Password Expiry: Email warning: 14 (added in 72ab98c in #19)
Password Reuse:
- [x] 4 uniques; (fixed in 42bcbd9 in #19)
- [ ] 1 day wait;
- [ ] remove TODO in label
