Every action results in an error message #86

I can't find any command that works. Each one results in an error, such as

"Command 'CMake: Install a project folder' resulted in an error (command 'cmake.installProject' not found)"

CMake is working fine on my system and accessible from the command line. This is under VS Code 1.59.1 under Mac OS 11.5.2.
