Ran tcpser from Windows 10 in cmd terminal window... got a "DTR has gone high" and a "DTR has gone low" message and then it disconnects right as the login screen of a any telnet BBS is loading (I am using an Apple IIGS connected to my Windows desktop via a set of 3 of connected cables - one of them is the the RS232 DB9 serial-to-USB cable which is a DTECH DT-5002A and uses the PL2303 chipset).
