Host a Maven repository on github #28

This is an idea, we can use github itself to host goGPS's Maven artifacts, so that people don't have to check it out and compile it themselves. See here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/14013644/hosting-a-maven-repository-on-github

It's a bit of a hack, but we could try... do you think it's inconvenient for people to use the standard approach?
