Also the app do not show notification and sound on another device( samsung a7 android N) notification setting tried but problem persist.

This device supports Android 10. The user is reporting problems with Android 7. I think upgrading to the latest release would be a good first step. Without having an old device the problem will be hard to debug, but I will check and see if there are crashlitics log messages.
