Made the REWRITE log go to Verbose. It tends to flood the dalamudlog when set to information

Might as well make it #if DEBUG then I guess, since it was mainly meant for debugging - not sure if anyone can get legitimate use out of it otherwise

Hi, bumping this because I use a macro hotbar system and my log file is always spammed with rewrite messages
