Sorry I accidently created a forked PR...

@timonwong No problem! Anything we can do to keep this one single project, instead of fragmenting? If you have changes that are useful for others, I would love to include them. The Go changes look like improvements, for example, but don't seem to warrant a fork?

@jcassee Yeah, that fork is just about doing experiments on kustomize plugins... Previously I was thinking about adding some features that only useful in our company. However I just did discover that I can just create a new plugin instead of a fork...

Anyway, I'll try to merge improvements back to this repo, and thank for your this awsome plugin :)
