What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.not being able to get ip to iptvwan
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
get iptvwan ip , dont get iptv ip.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

thanks to anyone who can lead me to the right way i´m willing to test anything
near my possibilities, i own 2 drayteks vigor = one 2130vn and the 2nd just
2130, to avoid reseting the "main router" 2130vn who is controling the internet
in my case PPPoE, i use "test router" 2130.
i am from Portugal and my ISP is PT/MEO so i have 3play internet+voip+tv(iptv
boxs), my config is the folowing:
ont>>>>switch gigabit>>>> (conects to 4 WANs) of TG784 v3 + TG799 + 2130vn +
2130
TG784 v3 = gives me 2 voips on vlan 12 , PPPoE login disable
TG799vn = gives me 2 voips on vlan 12 , PPPoE login disable
2130vn = gives me PPPoE internet through vlan 10 and iptv + voip on vlan 12
2130 = just for test,
Problem:
i can get iptv wan ip on all routers except on 2130.
i thought it was a bug like discribed here:

a brief solution on the link above but didnt work for me:
"1)untick the "Enable IPTV WAN Setup"
2)go into "IPTV WAN Setting" and set it from "DHCP" (that's what my isp uses so
to get an ip on iptv vlan interface) to "NONE".
3)go into "IPTV WAN Setting" again and set the interface from "NONE" to "DHCP"
4) tick "Enable IPTV WAN".
after all this, i can get an ip again."
i´ll append some printscreens from my test router.
another question:
i have made a bridge on port 4 to vlan 12 to connect my iptv boxs, but on the
tg799 or tg784 v3 from my ISP the box acquires a local ip address in the range
192.168.1.0 and the i dont now how yet this local network connects "fowards"
the boxs to the iptv wan range 10.xxx.xxx.xxx.
can someone please help me?
