3G Key (Huavei E220) not automatic connect

When the internet key is connected, the connection is not automatic.
I need to plug and unplug the key for n times to make a 3G connection.

From telnet I have (cat /proc/bus/usb/devices):

Only if i plug and unplug the key from the router for 3 or 4 or n times the
