v2130_152RC2.all summertime not working #81

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. set time at Amsterdam
2. Its summertime now
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Normallyu the time is good synchronised, but now its summertime in th e 
Netherlands and the clock must be +1 hour but this doens't take place

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v2130_152RC2.all  

Please fix it.

It is openwrt common bug

It will be correct next week
or you can try to modify the /tmp/TZ from
CET-1CEST,M3.5.0,M10.5.0/3
to
CET-1CEST,M3.4.0,M10.5.0/3

The Problem is that in the busybox version from the 2130/2750 is this patch 
missing

I hope that DrayTek can add this patch asap and build a new version.
