vlan 12 conflict between the voip wan vlan 12 and the LAN VLAN bridging on port 4 with same vlan #98

Since i don't know where to get support on this, i've decided to post here...:

My ISP uses 2 vlans so to transport Internet, Voip, IPTV (10,12,12 
respectively) 

equipment: draytek vigor with the following specs

Model   :   Vigor2130Vn
Firmware Version    :   v1.5.3
Build Date/Time :   Tue Nov 6 16:06:14 CST 2012
System Date :   Thu Dec 27 18:56:40 2012
System Uptime   :   0days 16:49:14

my problem is a vlan 12 conflict between the voip wan vlan 12 and the LAN VLAN 
bridging on port 4 with same vlan i need that to make lan port 4 for the iptv 
boxs

i send 2 attachements

the first is the one we wanted to work in our ISP
the second is what happens when there is vlan on voip wan 12 and 12 on 
"bridge3" for the 4th port.

with my best regards , and hoping that i gave all details need to see the 
solution.

hi again all

here goes what have configured with "vi" editor but in the gui still show 
conflict:

then restarted

this is just one more step i have made and im reporting to see if someone can 
advise me
