Adjust buffer extent Isochrone PT #2426

Goal of this issue

Currently for some study areas the buffer for the PT isochrone is too small, thus not all accessible areas are shown. We can increase it by some km² one trial study area for this can be 9184 (Landkreis Freising)

This is currently not really possible due to performance issues with the current implementation. This will be fixed with v2
