Check download for layers in a shared project as editor

As an editor, I have to first create a folder to be able to create a project. There is no automatic initial folder where the project can be linked to.

Edit: There is a bug with browser cookies which prevents the language and theme from behaving as expected. However, these are not linked to the organisation - all users can set these independently.

I shared a project in a team with editor authorisation. It worked (but i can only see the update they add when refreshing the project page). Then i wanted to change the authorisation to viewer: there is an error and it does not work (even though all team members do not have the project open)

I think it happened because I was deploying the client on that moment. It shouldn't happen in prod we will have more than 1 pod

I think this might be due to an issue with the cookie? When I change the language, the new language only applies to the settings page but not any of the other pages.

Correct. It affects both language and theme. It's related to cookies not being set correctly

when sending invitations to new member there is the option "admin" But when i send an invitiation with admin authorisation and then the person creating the new account need to create an organization too and is not automatically linked to the previous organizaiton from which he got the invitation

Just tested this with multiple roles, existing and new users, and all the combinations seemed to work as expected. The user gets an account activation email and then upon verifying, they are prompted to accept the organisation invite. If the issue still persists or there is another way to reproduce it, please open a new issue (instructions below). Thanks!

Project Share When sharing the project with others, I tried to upload a dataset and my team member can see the dataset in the project, but cannot see the dataset in the 'Dataset'. Though my team member can see the dataset in the project( she could do every analysis) , but cannot download the metadata from the project

when deleting a scenario, the changes that where in the scenario does not disappear automatically but the page need to be refreshed so that the change are not visible anymore in the map

If i share a dataset to the organization directly, other members can see the metadata but can not download the dataset

Catalog I imported the dataset from data catalog, changed styling and then saved the style as default. So this affected the main data in the catalog also. Do you think the style in the main data should not get affected, since all the descriptions are based on the styling?

I guess this is what the user would expect right? As it is his project

Maybe the user looks for that if it is his own project, but if the project is done by two members. Let's say member A creates a project and shares it with member B. Then member B works on it 50% of his time. After some time and before ending the project, member A leaves the compagny: then member B loses all his work on that project

(it can be an additional note or warning in the documentation - it is a "out of the box case")

Nihar: ++ I think this is a valid situation - imo, ownership of a project should effectively be transferred to the organisation if the creating member has shared it with anyone else. Without this, it makes it nearly impossible to ever remove the original creator of a project from the organisation.

The styling changed for every organizsations. I saved the styling using another email id with one organization. Then I login using another email with different organization and it changed for every organization

Address Pinpoint I want to navigate to an address, however it shows only the area of the address not pinpoint to the exact location, which makes me hard to locate as well as do some scenario analysis

The cancel button has now been disabled and it is not possible to cancel a running job.

i reloaded the page while the job is running. When doing that the required layer (for the buffer) showed up but the job status is still ongoing

Nihar: I tried reproducing this, but the error doesn't seem to occur anymore. Refreshing GOAT even while the job is running displays the correct status once it's complete and resulting features are visible.
