Downloaded Layers have some geometry Issue #3393

I tried to download ÖV Güteklassen, import to qgis and imported to my Database. However it showed error about geometry issue. I am attaching the screenshot

After transforming the layer to normal polygon i could upload to my databsae again ogr2ogr -f GPKG converted_polygon.gpkg sonntag_7_9.gpkg -nlt POLYGON
