[X] Yes, I have checked and my issue is not related to FFXIV updating and plugins not working correctly.

What did you do?

Game will crash with the same error consistently on area transition, and I had one instance where it happened loading Penumbra with the chat shortcut. Tried to narrow this down by removing every plugin but Penumbra, still happened. Is this a known issue?

Is this still happening? Things like this are generally hard to debug, so you're best off trying the following:

Disabling plugins one by one (or bisecting it)
Disabling all plugins, but enabling Dalamud
Disabling Dalamud
