Steam Overlay Not Working #533

Describe the bug here: Haven't been able to use Steam overlay since I started using Dalamud Plugins

Steps to reproduce the bug: Example:

1. Open Steam
2. Check Mark Steam Integration in FFXIV Launcher
3.  Open the game (Non Steam Account)
4. Use Dalamud FFXIV Combo and Mini Cacopot
5. Used to Allow Steam Overlay doesn't seem to any more
