1 year ago I've been having this issue lately on Linux. Now it mentions needing it for Dalamud plugins. Never seen it before a few days ago and now it happens frequently. If I start XIVLauncher again after seeing that error (which causes the game to close) the launcher/game/Dalamud works fine.
The app keeps prompting to install visual c++ redistributable after successful authentication. The game loads fine, however the in-game addon does not seem to load due to this error. Error listed below:

I have verified that the redistributable is installed, both x86 and x64, and i am still being prompted.
