As astutely noted by @NotNite, Plogon assumes that the name of the folder in DalamudPluginsD17 matches the internal name of the plugin. I'm not sure how embedded this assumption is in Plogon, but resolving it should allow for plugin authors to name the folder after their plugin and not the internal name (which may be different to the plugin name, especially in multi-project workspaces).
