Also running into this issue in Nobara. Same error message + discover is not detecting any updates, any ideas on how to fix this?

It takes hours for flathub to process an update. You'll see it in your flatpak package manager (the discover store for Steam Deck users) and all community packages needs to be updated by their maintainers. (They'll work on it when they can. They've been notified.)
Was trying to update the xivlauncher but it's not in the discover store yet on the steam deck. Additionally the normal game is having issues recognizing my license for Mac but it's the only one I have for the game for steam deck. Verified in my account and it shows a Mac license. When launched without updating I receive the file error.
