"enable manual injection" ignored if "manual injection path" is populated #148

repro steps:

fill in the "manual injection path" box with your local dalamud build
launch the game, do testing of things, quit, ...
untick "enable manual injection" (but do not erase the text from "manual injection path")
quit and reopen xlcore
do not open the xlcore settings
launch the game
tada, your manually-selected copy of dalamud is injected, even though the option to do that is disabled

visiting the dalamud settings tab ensures that the unticked checkbox is respected.
