Fix lowercase `construction.tsx` filename #22

The docs wouldn't build on my machine:

Module not found: Error: Can't resolve '@site/src/components/Construction' in ...

The file is called construction.tsx and not Construction.tsx; this PR fixes that. I presume this worked fine on windows because it treats file with case insensitivity?

Yep; CI is Windows (to build Dalamud) so nobody noticed this. Oops!
