A plugin that allows players to let each other know that they are interested in doing content but doesn't stop players from doing other "lighter" content in the game.
For example, Player A sets a PF for an Ultimate fight or a Savage Prog point which will take some time to fill. Instead of being forced to afk, they can simply "advertise" a "PF" in the plugin (could also be a webpage, but I think a plugin is better). While waiting they can still do ARR relic dungeon farming or wondrous tails, etc. When we have enough people interested (PF roles, description et. included) they can just form the actual PF, players enter, do content with no downtime

More technical and ethical stuff.
Surely we would need some sort of rule and/or limitations as to how long the PF should wait (i.e. you are not supposed to queue for two "heavy" content at the same time) Maybe some sort of rule that once the party fills, you have to be ready within 5 minutes or something.
Idk if making the plugin follow the PF requirements is doable? i think it should be?
Idk how hard it will be to actually implement, because it will need users to use it to be efficient (like hunt trackers, etc.) Also it might get complicated with DC travel restrictions?
