A plugin or new feature to already existing plugin (soundsetter/soundfilter) to change the ambient crowd noise to cycle through additional crowd noise files that we can add.

It would be nice to have different crowd ambient noises compared to the same one we have in cities.
Suggestions:
Crowd noise cycles after a specified time interval
Adjust crowd noise volume without effecting rest of the ambient sounds (the ambient sound mixing has the crowd too loud imo)
This crowd noise changes when going from aetheryte area to tavern or market place
I am not familiar with making plugins so I am unaware of what is actually possible, apologies if this is impractical.
