Update wine version to 8.12 for Wayland support #13

Been having several issues with mouse movement with the current version of wine-xiv through XLCore when used in Hyprland with XWayland, switching to wine-8.12 resolves this issue but comes with a massive drop in performance regardless of the graphics quality. A similar issue can be seen here from a post a couple years regarding WoW on XWayland https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/xorg/xserver/-/issues/734, I don't know how to exactly reproduce the mouse movement bug as it occurs randomly, but the solution was just updating to 8.12.

I've done more testing with Wine GE 8.12 to no avail as well so I'm back to square one. At least figured out the FPS drop was due to FSync and ESync not being available on vanilla wine. I suppose for the time being I'll use bspwm until this gets fixed or is a bit more understood but am interested to hear if anyone else has had this happen or if anyone has found a solution to it.
