XIVLauncher version 1.0.6 (according to flatpak list)
Wine version: Managed by XIVLauncher
Steam: Yes (added as non steam app, launch args XL_SECRET_PROVIDER=FILE %command% run --parent-expose-pids --parent-share-pids --parent-pid=1 --branch=stable --arch=x86_64 --command=xivlauncher dev.goats.xivlauncher )
VRR/Adaptive Sync: Enabled (Always, KDE)
After about an hour or so playing (I haven't counted exactly) the game begins to exhibit MAJOR stuttering and essentially stops rendering when the mouse is moved or keyboard input is entered. Restarting the game fixes the problem, but this never used to happen prior to the latest FFXIV patch. Game Mode, ESYNC and FSYNC are enabled. Toggling those options doesn't fix the problem, nor does disabling VRR.
