Add lsteamclient.so and lsteamclient.dll from Proton 9.0-2b (latest version as of June 22). wine-tkg-scripts/build.sh is modified to copy the files over after the build is done. Applies to both non-makepkg-build and arch makepkg.
If you pull in the latest commits from upstream, arch can now be used with the non-makepkg-build.sh script. This would require adjustments to the workflow file, but might make the process a little easier.
