11 months ago For Xbox Game Pass, click 'File' then select 'Open File/Path' and you usually have to browse to the following location:
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Packages\HelloGames.NoMansSky_bs190hzg1sesy\SystemAppData\wgs\...
The 'AppData' folder is often hidden, so make sure you are able to see 'hidden files, folders and drives'.
Once at the above location, you have to open one more folder with a long random alphanumerical name.
If that folder has a file called containers.index inside, you are in the correct location.
Then you just have to click the Open button.
It should then show the 'Save Path', after which you should be able to select a Game Slot from the dropdown.

So I'm trying to get into the editor. Got it downloaded and started but I can't get it to pull up my save files. I tried looking for where they are manually and no luck there; the files and even the file path seem to deviate from the paths of other users.

Within the cache file at the end there are 3 files: INTRO_FEED_CACHE.JSON INTRO_FEED_CACHE.MFT SEASON_DATA_CACHE
If it makes a difference I am playing through Windows/Xbox for PC and I also play (the same save) on an actual Xbox Series X as well. When I do select "default user" or "cache" the editor allows me to click on the drop downs as if to select something but nothing is there.
Sorry if this is redundant as I saw the last post had a similar problem but the answers seemed to be in Russian or something not English. I can do a screen shot but if you need log files I'd need help finding them. I'm not very technical at this level when it comes to editing/finding/accessing stuff like this.
