When 16-digit Galactic Coordinate strings are used, the CE Save/Warp function works exactly as intended.
When 12-digit Portal Code is used, however, the last 3 digits ALWAYS default to 7FF. This results in ALL uses of Save/Warp using PCode landing the Player against the 3 o'clock wall of the Galaxy.
