Remove useless and bad/defective items from Known Here is the list:

This can be easily fixed by yourself by going to the 'Discovery' tab, selecting the defective equipment and then selecting 'Remove selected'. This is likely not even a bug, but rather you selecting everything from the 'Discovery tab' and unlocking it all in bulk.

The idea is to actually remove it because it doesn't make sense to have it, and you can only add it if test mode is active.
