4 months ago I been playing from day dot and have a semi old computer (8 years old) and this game runs smooth as butter.. I'd say your PC is struggling or sounds like it!..
Well, I appreciate the reply, but this is about the save editor. Not the game. I do not struggle to run no mans sky. The save editor (the reason I'm here and not reddit). 7800x3d & 7900xtx, I have no issues with performance.

Title. I know you know what I'm talking about; the repeating and almost "tearing" like effect that happens is so bad now that I can't even use the editor. What has changed? There was a time using full-screen would fix it, but it doesn't. It's now persistent across every single option - batch file, batch file 4g, etc.
Does anyone have a fix? I even installed the 64-Bit Java to use the 4G to no avail. Tried changing my refresh rate as well, assuming it was the cause, but it wasn't.
Also, why doesn't it remember your choices anymore? Damn, does that make this process even slower than it's always been, since there's never been a copy/paste option. IE - Add item > Technnology > All ships but alien > scroll (which again has always been a thing instead of having the S-class at the top where 99% of people will be going) > choose > add. Before, it kept all that stuff, so it was only add > add if you weren't switching components.
I'd happily pay a for pro version that works and has QOL things like this in it. I'd be happy to pay $20 a year for it, despite only really using this when new updates come out.
