Seed to Portal Coordinates #943

Is it possible to derive the Portal Coordinates or Galactic Address from a Seed? If so, could that capability be added to Coordinate Viewer on as part of an item's details?

While I agree that it appears that a particular Seed is associated with a particular planet/location (usually system), I think it's a "2 gets derived from 1". I've seen nothing to indicate that the seed itself contains any linkage back to the parent planet/location. Of course, I also don't think anyone has sorted how to 'read' a seed for content so...who knows? Good luck.
