Added Slots to Storage Fails. #956

I added 1 line of Storage Boxes to the Bottom on the Storage Containers, Enabled them, but I can not Move Existing items in Storage down to them, and if I place an Item there with the Editor, I can not Move the Item Out of those Boxes... One Line of 10 Dead Storage Slots

Storage containers are treated by the game as non-expandable beyond 50 slots or whatever they start with (AFAICT, and echoed in the docs for this editor).
