I can't run the downloaded exe file, have to change the extension back to 7zip

The exe file I downloaded just had no responses after I double-clicked it. I have even run it as an administrator.

It could be a problem on my end (win11). But I am not a coder and could not figure it out. Just report this just in case you have a solution.

But since it's working after I changed the extension, it's not a big problem for me any more.
