I can't find the header files.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I wanted to rebuild the apv.so library,but there were some errors in the 
preview.c and the preview.h.
2. After my search,I found there was no fitz.h and mupdf.h
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The output should generate the libapv.so file,however,there are so many errors 
when compiling.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using the apv-0.3.1dev13 version on the windows system.

Please provide any additional information below.
How can I get the fitz.h and the mupdf.h?
