Font too small #13

Font in UML diagram in Developer Guide is too small. Moreover, the heading is wrong, it should be add module command. Perhaps some less relevant aspects of the diagram can be omitted.

Reason for disagreement: Since we have differing opinions about the font size matter, I will ignore it. However, the heading is undoubtedly wrong. It should be add module command instead.
